Practice Areas

James Crowe is a 30-year veteran of the U.S. Attorney's Office in St. Louis, and has served as the Chief of the Criminal Division in that office since 1992. As a prosecutor he has specialized in the areas of white-collar crime, public corruption and organized crime. Prior to joining the U.S Attorney's Office, he worked for six years as a trial attorney in the Tax Division of the Department of Justice in Washington, D. C., in which capacity he tried civil tax cases and argued appeals in federal circuits throughout the country. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law. He co-teaches the White-Collar Crime seminar with U. S. Magistrate Judge Terry Adelman.
