Fitness Centers and Recreation Facilities

The Simon Recreation Center — in the heart of campus — offers drop-in recreational opportunities, as well as scheduled programs and events. It’s 120,000 square feet of activity, featuring six indoor basketball courts, four racquetball/handball courts, a bouldering wall, fitness center, spinning studio and indoor pool. Additional facilities, both indoor and outdoor, are available throughout our campus.

Club Sports and Intramurals

From swimming to squash, sword fighting to soccer, it seems there’s a club sport for everything. Hike outdoors with the Wilderness Adventure Club, play a round with the Golf Club or paddle the Ozarks’ pristine whitewater streams with the Kayak Club.

Club sports provide an opportunity for students to participate in fun, competitive sports. They offer opportunities for all levels of experience — from leisure pursuits to competitive matches with other universities.

Intramurals offer students a fun opportunity to compete against other students right on campus. Participants can choose from a wide variety of sports — such as basketball, volleyball, flag football and even dodgeball, among many others — for all skill levels. Teams can represent residence halls, fraternities, sororities and more.
