Open enrollment is your opportunity to evaluate your existing benefits package and consider new options for coverage in the upcoming year. Open enrollment for the 2024 calendar year is Oct. 18 through Nov. 3, 2023. Open enrollment is submitted and approved in Workday.

Wellness Discount
All benefits-eligible employees will be required to do the biometric screening to receive the 2024 medical plan premium discount. The monthly premium discount will increase to $60 for employee-only coverage and an additional $30 for employees whose coverage includes their spouse. If you waived medical coverage in 2023 or if you are on the medical plan but not receiving the wellness premium discount and want to opt in, you will need to complete the biometric screening.
Newly added spouses to 2024 medical coverage will also need to complete a screening to receive the full discount. All screenings need to be completed by December 31, 2023. Employees who completed and submitted a Biometric screening in 2023 will not be required to complete another screening during the fall 2023 screening period. The benefit credit will automatically be applied for the 2024 plan year. Please visit if you wish to complete your biometric screening.
