Degrees are officially conferred after all grades are posted. Professors have up to 25 days from the last exam date to submit grades. Once all grades have been posted, degrees will be conferred and diplomas will be mailed by the Office of the University Registrar. Graduates can expect to receive diplomas approximately four to six weeks after the degree is conferred. Please ensure your mailing address is correct in Banner Self-Service.
Diploma Holds
The University Registrar will place a hold on an academic record and will not release
diplomas for students who owe tuition, library fines, traffic fines or health services
fees. All debts must be cleared one week prior to graduation at the very latest. Diploma
holds mean we cannot verify certification to state bars or employers.
