Effective June 10, 2024, the Saint Louis University Medical Center Library is no longer open to the general public. This change is intended to improve security in the library and to prevent unauthorized access to the SLU School of Medicine complex.
The Medical Center Library is open to:
- Current SLU students, staff and faculty
- SSM employees with SSM identification
- Guests escorted by current SLU students, staff and faculty
- SLU alumni
Saint Louis University alumni, MOBIUS Consortium members, and those with a specific medical information request may schedule an appointment with a reference librarian during normal weekday business hours, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday to Friday, by calling 314-977-8800.
Entering the Medical Center Library
All SLU community members must have a SLU ID to enter the Learning Resource Center. SSM employees must present SSM ID.
