What Makes Our Graduates Unique?
In addition to our high-quality academic curriculum, the Chaifetz School offers our students experiences that deepen the value of their degree program and develop:
- Ethical Decision-Making: Integrated business ethics throughout the curriculum leads to ethically-minded graduates.
- Service Orientation: The value of service is emphasized through the Service Leadership Minor, Social Justice Computing Project and multiple service day opportunities.
- Career Readiness: In addition to individual advising through the Career Resources Center, every undergraduate student will complete a Career Foundations course, where students learn and practice the skills needed to identify and successfully enter their chosen business career.
- Leadership: Interaction with executives, mentors, subject matter experts, student and professional organizations, and internship experiences provide students rich opportunities for leadership development.

Connect with Students
The Career Resources Center wants to support your recruiting efforts. Building your brand on campus, interacting with students outside of the interview and establishing a presence in the Chaifetz School culture is important to you.
While some of our faculty utilize occasional guest speakers, the rigor of our programs demands that classroom time be spent primarily on academic activities. Center staff can recommend the optimal activities for each employer’s needs, including possible faculty connections.
The marketing strategy for your activities will be customized as well. The CRC will create targeted emails, newsletter inclusion, social media blasts and notification timed appropriately for your event or activity.
Attend and Sponsor Events
Contact the center for more information about all of our events, including:
- University career fairs
