Saint Louis University offers a variety of housing and meal plan options for students of all levels. We have plans for traditional residence halls, apartments with full kitchens, students who want to live solo or with roommates and many options in between. Complete information on room and board rates at SLU can be found below.
- Rates provided are per student, per semester.
- Meal plans are included in the residence hall and apartment rates.
- Summer housing rates do not include meal plans.
- Deluxe rooms have private bathrooms. Semi-suites have a bathroom that is shared with one other room.
- In the event of a difference between this rate table and the University Published Rates, the latter shall prevail.

Apartment Rates
Apartments are reserved for juniors and above. Costs are based on either two-semester
or full-year contracts. Rates provided are per student, per semester.
Rates for our on-campus apartments include the Flex 300 plan which consists of $300
Flex per semester that can be used for DineSLU retail dining locations.
