Marchetti Towers

Primarily available to sophomore and junior students, Saint Louis University's Marchetti Towers offers studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments and houses 548 students.

Located on the east side of campus, Marchetti offers awesome views of SLU from its upper floors (Some units even have balconies.) Each unit offers a private bathroom, kitchen and living area, plus 24-hour security desks and on-site residence hall staff. Why move off campus?

Visiting Restrictions:	Students living in any University-managed residence halls or apartments may check in guests at the front desk between the hours of 7 a.m. and 2 a.m., Sunday through Thursday or 7 a.m. to 4 a.m., Friday and Saturday. Guests must be checked in and escorted by their host at all times.
Special Hours:	Marchetti Towers stays open during Thanksgiving, winter and spring breaks.
Trivia:	SLU Student Health is located on the bottom floor of Marchetti Tower East.
